ViewGon runs paid promotion campaigns for YouTube videos and channels. You choose a service — views, watch time, subscribers or likes — and an amount. We build the targeting, place the promotion and report what is delivered.

Promotion runs as paid placement on advertising surfaces. It is not organic traffic, and we do not describe it as such anywhere in this product. What we buy is the opportunity to put your content in front of people; whether a person then watches, likes or subscribes is their decision.

ViewGon is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by YouTube or Google.

An ordered amount is the target we run the campaign toward. It is not a guarantee, and we do not offer one. Any service promising guaranteed views, guaranteed subscribers or guaranteed virality is describing something it cannot control.

We do not promise a ranking, a place in suggested or recommended feeds, monetisation eligibility, or any particular revenue outcome.

We do not promise that a campaign will change how your channel performs after it ends.

By ordering you confirm that you own the content at the link you gave us, or have the right to promote it.

We will not run promotion for content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is designed to deceive or harm people. We may cancel and refund an order on those grounds.

We never ask for it. There is no login, no OAuth grant and no permission to approve, and the product has no capability to act on your channel — it cannot upload, edit, delete, comment or change a setting.

Everything we display about your link is public information YouTube already publishes.

The price you see before checkout is the price. Every total is calculated on our servers from the current price list at the moment you order — a figure sent from a browser is never trusted or charged.

Each total is shown split into the promotion budget, which buys the placements, and the setup and management fee, which pays for building and running the campaign.

An order begins only once our payment provider confirms the payment. Payment succeeding does not mean an order is complete; it means the campaign can start being prepared.

Delivery figures shown on your order come from the promotion provider. Where nothing has been reported, we show nothing — we do not estimate progress from elapsed time and present it as measured.

Delivery windows quoted per service are typical ranges, not deadlines.

If an order cannot be delivered we pause it and contact you rather than continuing to spend.

An order that has not started delivering can be cancelled for a full refund.

An order that has partly delivered is refunded for the undelivered portion, less the management fee already spent on setting it up.

Where we cancel an order ourselves, you are refunded in full for anything undelivered.

One account per person or organisation. Do not attempt to interfere with our pricing, our order system or another customer's orders.

Do not resell ViewGon campaigns as your own service without a written agreement.

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue or lost opportunity.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change these terms. Existing orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed, and material changes are announced before they take effect.
